Refund and Returns Policy

At AdityaLifestyle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. Please read the policy below carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The original tag and packaging must be intact.

  • Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Returns are accepted only for orders placed via AdityaLifestyle.com.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear or intimate wear
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items bought on final sale or marked as “non-returnable”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@adityalifestyle.com or contact us via our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and attach images (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with a return shipping address.
  4. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, we will initiate a store credit or process a refund via UPI/bank transfer, as preferred.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer size or product exchanges based on availability.
  • Exchange requests must follow the same 7-day return window.
  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per product.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without original tags or after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Reverse shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
  • AdityaLifestyle reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
