Shipping Within India

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,999.
  • 🚚 For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied at checkout.
  • 📦 All products are shipped from our warehouses located in Surat and Prayagraj.

Delivery Timelines

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders:
    Dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
    Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days based on your pin code.
  • Made-to-Order Products:
    These require 20–25 working days for production before dispatch.
    We ship items as they become ready—so you won’t have to wait for the full order to be complete.

We have partnered with trusted logistics providers including:

  • Blue Dart
  • FedEx

This ensures reliable and timely delivery to all serviceable locations across India.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details.
  • You can track the status of your shipment in real time via the courier’s website or the link provided in your dispatch email.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our promised timelines, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Public holidays or regional lockdowns
  • Unforeseen courier delays
  • Natural calamities or force majeure

We will keep you informed in case of any delay.


Partial Shipments

To ensure faster access to your products, we do not hold the shipment until your entire order is ready.
Any product that is available will be dispatched immediately, and remaining items will follow as they are prepared.

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in remote or non-serviceable pin codes.
